1. Scan the face QR code of the card you have flipped to start your workout. Each time you scan the QR code one of the four exercises of that group will play and repeat. Each time you scan the QR code the next exercise of that set will play. Each set starts with a 5-second countdown, after the first set a 10-second countdown will begin. To skip the countdown see below.
2. Press the full-screen button for the best image.
3. You can change the speed of your workout by clicking on the cog icon.
4. You can skip the countdown by using the chapter marker.
5. You can cast the video to your TV if you have chromecast or apple play.
